The Staff
Upon entering the Cove Spring House gates, the world disappears and you are warmly greeted by highly trained staff with a welcoming glass of champagne and refreshments. You are guaranteed the experience of a lifetime - sophisticated luxury, meticulous service and staff, delectable menus, exclusive privacy and ultimate relaxation.
The House operates two shifts per day, one morning and one evening. The morning shift is from 6:30am to 2:30pm and from 7:00am to 3:00pm and the evening shift is from 2:30pm to 10:30pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Any time after 11:00pm is paid as overtime and a taxi is required to take the staff home. On hand to help are the following (subject to changes anytime by the property owner):
Butlers & Waiters x 6 – 3 in the morning performing breakfast, lunch and pool service along with bar tending. 3 in the evening performing pool and cocktail service, dinner and after dinner service.
Housekeeper x 4 – 3 in the morning, 1 in the evening for turndown service.

Villa Manager's Assistant – Evenings
Maintenance and Gardener x 2 – Morning and part of the evening
Chef's Assistant – All day
Kitchen Assistant x 2 – One in the morning, one in the evening

Beach
Enjoy the half-moon pool with hot tub that adorns the main outside patio area or take the stairs down to the intimate and secluded Cove Spring Beach for swimming and snorkelling. Charter a catamaran to pick you up directly from the beach for a full-day adventure around Barbados.
The staff can assist you with sourcing a full range of water amenities ranging from scuba diving, turtle swimming, windsurfing, waterskiing, jet skiing and deep sea fishing to name a few.
Cuisine
Delectable cuisine for all tastes is lovingly prepared from the daily menu, served at your leisure. You may customise your food and beverage menu to suit your needs or trust our expert chefs to prepare delicious meals known to be the best on the island. We ascertain your wishes and then source at cost anything you desire.
Fitness
The state-of-the-art commercial grade equipment is available to you 24 hours a day. Cable TV and an iPod sound dock allow you to work out to your own entertainment. You may also hire our personal fitness trainer who is skilled in working with all fitness levels, and is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor.
Spa
Start your stay with the ultimate relaxation and pampering. Cove Spring spa services are a la carte. You can also schedule a sumptuous full spa day using any or all of our services.
